Instagram is introducing updates to videos, photos in the feed, carousels and stories that make it easier to create content. Instagram is also updating some analytics metrics to help authors better understand how their content is performing.
Here are the major updates:
1. Save time editing videos with new tools like undo and redo that make it easier to edit individual clips.
2. Get creative by adding sound clips from the new media library to your videos, allowing you to create new memes.
3. Express your creativity with new voiceovers and updated fonts and text styles.
4. Make your videos and stories more interesting by turning any part of a photo into a custom sticker.
5. Create mood with new photo filters to create the perfect atmosphere for photos and carousels.
6. Gain deeper insights into your performance with features like repeats and a new retention chart.
New Instagram video creation features
1. Instagram is currently testing the ability to zoom, crop, and rotate individual videos. Change your mind? Save time when editing with the new undo and redo features. Instagram is also making it easier to work with existing tools like Voiceover.
2- Instagram is testing the ability to use our Clip Hub to add sound clips to videos. Engage with your fans by playing with memes and encouraging them to create their own remixes.
3. Also added 10 new text-to-speech voices in English, available in select countries. Six new fonts and text styles, available in hundreds of languages, allow you to express your creativity. You can add outlines to make your text clearer.

"Drafts" have a new look!
Video editing just got even easier: all your saved drafts are displayed in a handy view. Can't remember which draft you edited? Soon you'll be able to view, rename and schedule drafts in advance.
To help you create more unique videos and stories, Instagram is testing the ability to create custom stickers from your own photos and videos. The ability to create custom stickers is based on insights from the Segment Anything artificial intelligence model.

The publishing process has also been optimised to make it easier to find the tools you need when editing. Finding what you need in your camera roll is made easier with improved preview, zoom, and search functions.
