Instagram and Facebook support chat will soon become more accessible

Many of our subscribers are aware that it's not easy to get in touch with Facebook employees. Even if your account is stolen by fraudsters, the correspondence with the tech support will be done via email, and you will only receive bounces from the bot.

Online chat with tech support is available only for those who constantly run ads on Instagram or Facebook. However, this may change soon.

Meta (yes, Facebook changed its name after all) is going to extend online support to U.S. content creators as well. The function is already being tested. It is planned that English-speaking authors will be able to ask a variety of questions directly to the company's staff - from payment and ending with new features, such as Reels.

A chat room for regular users, including authors who have lost access to their account, is also being tested.

When Facebook will release updates is unknown. But at first, the support chats will be available only in the U.S. and some other countries. It is unlikely that Russia will be among them. We may have to wait a few more years.
