Collab posts are now available on Instagram. Users (or rather authors) can publish a "joint" post with another person. The post will appear in both accounts, and it will share likes and comments.
How does it work?
- enter the post publication mode
- choose required photo
- edit if needed
- write text
- press "Mark people"
- then - "Invite a Contributor".
That's all! Now the task of your chosen person - to accept the collaboration. If you confirm it, the post will appear in two accounts simultaneously and, accordingly, in the feeds of their subscribers. At the top instead of one username will be two.
By the way, you can do that in Reels too.
What's it for? It makes it easier for bloggers to promote their contests or run ads and exchange followers.
