Wrongly charged on Facebook? Tell us how to solve the problem

If you run ads on Facebook, you may have encountered unknown charges to your bank card made to Facebook. 

Is it a glitch?

The first thing we do is this: 

Viewing ad debits and payment history on Facebook

Go to the Billing section and study the history. Make sure you look through the Ads manager to see if there are any ads you do not know about. 
If you found any unknown publication - stop them and delete. 

Next, be sure to go to this form, describe the situation and fill it out and send it for review. We are waiting for feedback from Facebook, the review may take a few days. If Facebook will find a genuine fraud or error on your service they will refund the amount you were charged. If you receive a rejection but think you are right, try contacting Facebook ad cabinet support.
