Meta description: Got your Telegram hacked? I’m Victor, CEO of Antiban.pro. Here’s a clear, step-by-step guide to recovering your account, protecting your channel, and reducing damage. More details at https://antiban.pro/.
Hi there,
I’m Victor, CEO of Antiban.pro. For over 8 years, my team and I have been helping people and businesses restore hacked social media accounts and messengers. Believe me, I’ve seen it all — from simple phishing scams to targeted attacks on channels worth serious money.
If your Telegram got hacked, I know it feels awful. But here’s the good news: in most cases, you can recover access and minimize the damage. The key is acting fast and following the right steps. That’s exactly what I’ll share with you here.
Don’t panic — clear thinking is your best weapon.
If you still have access, log out suspicious sessions.
Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA) and set a strong password.
If you’re locked out, call your mobile carrier right away — it might be a SIM-swap attack.
Take screenshots and save all evidence — they’ll be critical for recovery.
Need templates and ready-to-use checklists? Grab them on https://antiban.pro/.
Open Telegram → Settings → Devices / Active Sessions. End every session you don’t recognize — leave only your own.
Enable two-factor authentication (2FA): create a long passphrase (at least 10 characters), use an authenticator app, and store backup codes in a password manager.
Change the password on the email linked to your Telegram. If you reused the same password elsewhere — change those too.
Check admins in your channels and permissions for bots. Remove anything suspicious.
Publish a short, honest message to your subscribers (see template below).
Act fast here — while you still have access, you can cut the hacker off and secure your core accounts.
Call your mobile carrier immediately. Ask them to block your SIM and tell them you suspect SIM-swap fraud.
Request written confirmation of SIM activity (date/time of replacement). You’ll need this for Telegram support and possibly law enforcement.
File a police report, especially if the hacker is scamming people or posting harmful content. Keep the case number.
Reach out to Telegram support, attach your evidence, and explain the situation.
Need help drafting those requests? We’ve got examples and templates at https://antiban.pro/.
The more proof you have, the faster you’ll get your account back:
Screenshots of suspicious activity.
Screenshot of active sessions (if possible).
Telegram emails or notifications.
Proof from your carrier about SIM changes.
Payment logs if a bot with payments was compromised.
Save everything in original format — don’t crop or edit timestamps. If you want, send your files through our secure contact form — we’ll help package them properly.
If you still have access — delete malicious posts and warn your audience.
If not — ask trusted admins to pause content and remove unknown accounts.
Disable all payment integrations and links until you’re back in control.
Personally notify key clients and partners. Short and honest works best.
We also share sample warning messages for your followers at https://antiban.pro/.
Don’t share confirmation codes with anyone — not even someone pretending to “help you recover.”
Don’t click suspicious links or enter data on shady websites.
Don’t pay ransoms — it rarely works, and you’ll lose money.
Don’t delay — every hour counts.
For your subscribers:

For personal contacts:

Message to your mobile carrier:
Hello. My number +1 (XXX) XXX-XXXX may have been used in a SIM-swap. Please temporarily block it and provide written details of recent SIM operations.
