Instagram announced the update in its new newsletter "Double-Tap," where news about new features and experiments in the app will be shared.

In addition to profile notes, Instagram has also confirmed that its new "Cutout" sticker option, allowing users to create stickers from objects in photos and videos, is now available to all users and provides hints for notes to all users.

While you may not think highly of them, Notes have become a big hit with a key segment of the app's audience: teenage users create notes in the app about 10 times more often than any other demographic.

Considering TikTok's increasing appeal to a younger audience and its impact on Instagram, this is an important step, so Instagram is striving to incorporate them wherever possible.
